How we use it
To build your case file, classify documents, draft your complaint, track deadlines, and — only with your explicit consent — share a packet with a partner attorney. We do not sell your data.
Your control
You can export or delete your data at any time.
Security
Bank-grade encryption in transit and at rest. Storage is private by default; every file requires a signed, time-limited URL to access.
AI processing
ClaimOtter uses AI to classify documents, summarize evidence, and draft complaint language. AI never invents facts. Every AI-drafted section is reviewed and approved by you before it is used.
