Draft — pending counsel review

This page is a working draft, not a final legal document. Counsel review is a launch precondition.

The service

ClaimOtter provides software to organize insurance-claim documentation, track deadlines, and draft a complaint for submission to your state’s insurance regulator. ClaimOtter is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. ClaimOtter’s AI never fabricates facts and will ask you for missing information rather than guessing.

Fees

Organizing, drafting, exporting, and self-filing your case are free forever. Premium unlocks platform-delegated filing only. Every organizing, drafting, and self-filing feature is free forever.

Referrals to attorneys

ClaimOtter shares your file with a partner attorney only after you explicitly consent. You control what is shared and when. ClaimOtter works with a closed panel of vetted plaintiff attorneys. It is not an open marketplace or lead auction.

No guarantees

ClaimOtter does not guarantee any outcome, payment, or result. Every case is different.

Entity

ClaimOtter is operated by ClaimOtter Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation. Where legal services are involved, they are provided by independently owned, jurisdictionally licensed law firms under separate engagement, not by ClaimOtter Technologies, Inc.
